• Send spam or unlawful marketing messages.
• Impersonate a person, business, or organization deceptively.
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Distribute malware or attempt security attacks against our systems or others'.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
• Discriminate against or harass any individual or group.
• Use RuvexTech for emergency services communications.
• Rely on RuvexTech's AI for high-risk medical, legal, or financial decision-making without human review.
• Circumvent the policies of any connected messaging or telephony platform.
• Upload or process data you don't have legal authority to share with us.
• Abuse usage limits, for example through automated or excessive requests intended to bypass fair-use allowances.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this policy, consistent with our Terms of Service.

If you believe RuvexTech is being used in violation of this policy, contact us so we can investigate.
